Type of trip: cultural gastronomy + communion with nature + spiritual reflection

In the Pacific region of Cauca, Holy Week is observed with reverence… and with a focus on enjoying fine cuisine. This unique visit is an immersion into the distinctive gastronomy of this time of year: learn to prepare ancestral recipes with flavors steeped in tradition and a spirituality felt at every shared table, with the ocean and the river providing a soothing backdrop.

You learn from the bearers of tradition to travel to Guapi from the origin of its ingredients and to prepare typical Holy Week dishes with local rituals: corn fritters as a gesture of gratitude (godchildren to godparents) and cooking haute cuisine seafood dishes .

Between meals, the sea embraces you with its unspoiled nature during your visit to Gorgona Island . Evenings are lulled by the Guapi River in wooden houses along its banks in Guapi, offering a sweet and salty experience, perfect for reflection and, if desired, a contemplative journey aboard a potrillo (a small wooden canoe).

A journey without haste, with soul, and with purpose, accompanied and cared for by local guides.
