Ce fut un acte de réconciliation avec la société après l'assassinat de leur père. Elle s'étend sur 400 hectares au sein d'une zone plus vaste de plus de 8 000 hectares protégée par des conseils communautaires afro-colombiens. La visite comprend le suivi des jaguars grâce à des pièges photographiques, l'observation de diverses espèces de primates (singes-araignées, tamarins à crête blanche et singes nocturnes), de paresseux, de centaines d'oiseaux tropicaux appartenant à plus de 250 espèces recensées, d'amphibiens et de la flore endémique de la réserve.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;
